Hello guys! I suggest you this smoothie to prepare for heavy workouts. It's high in good fat and antioxidants and will actually fill you up through the morning. It's also dairy-free :) INGREDIENTS: 1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup frozen blackberries 1/2 frozen blueberries 2 tablespoon coconut butter 1 teaspoon white sugar DIRECTIONS: Blend the frozen berries , almond milk, sugar and the coconut butter in blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. |
